Our lean grass-fed beef is frozen and in vacuum-sealed packages. Our high quality beef is lean and healthy. It is very important to cook the beef slowly to preserve the natural flavor. It is best to place the frozen beef in the refrigerator to allow it to defrost. It is not recommended to place the beef in the microwave. Consider adding virgin olive oil to each side of the steak before cooking to keep the moisture in the steak.
